Cadets from Guangdong Communication and Polytech attended the training on 30th and 31st Dec 2015, this is third time cadets familiarization training in 2015, we have organized this kind of training in the past years, both the company and cadets benefits from the training, it aimed to familiarize each other, make a clear picture about the career and get ready for the future.

The training is emphasizing on safety as always whenever and wherever, and then do the better job and have a good relationship with shipmates, we also introduce our company frame and our colleagues one by one.

At last the cadets give us very useful advice, such as onboard training, to see something they have learned from class on scene, we will consider it and have it come ture one day.

All of them participate actively in this training, they care about the future of this company and their own, the company gets the trust and experience from the cadets, the cadets get the confidence from the training.
